Methyl Salicylate Gel

Methyl Salicylate Gel is a topical formulation which belongs to the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is indicated for relieving joint pain caused due to various conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, & ankylosing spondylitis. This gel is applied with a gentle massage on the affected area and has also shown to relieve inflammation & serve as a muscle relaxant. It exerts therapeutic effects by blocking the activity of prostaglandins that are responsible for causing pain & inflammation. Methyl Salicylate Gel also comprises linseed oil, menthol, and diclofenac diethylamine as active agents. It provides quick relief while imparting cooling effect after application.
